Forest

Forest ecosystems inspire my inner naturalist to explore, photograph, draw, take notes, and collect objects as I learn about the world. I bring these discoveries back to my studio, where I carefully observe and arrange them into compositions. Trees often serve as my starting point. I layer photo transfer prints, drawings, sewing, painting, found objects, and more. This process not only documents our present moment but also offers me a meaningful way to reconnect with nature every day.
